Responsibilities Ability to work independently. Ability to perform well under pressure. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to enhance their experience Operate POS system for order processing, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while balancing multiple responsibilities Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including assembling food items and restocking supplies as needed
