Compensation:

This role offers a competitive hourly base wage plus tips. The listed pay range reflects total expected hourly earnings, including tips. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including preparing quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with customers in a thoughtful and professional manner, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and welcoming communication Specialty coffee experience preferred but not required Please attach a resume and cover letter for consideration.
