Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide exceptional service with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage food handling responsibilities with precision Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred, especially within cafés or retail environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques in the food industry Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
