The Dining Hall is located in The Historic Chautauqua Park in Boulder, Colorado at the foot of the Flatirons. The Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder tradition since 1898. We provide spectacular views from the enchanting wraparound porch while serving fresh, Colorado Bistro cuisine at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open daily year-round, The Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines. The Dining Hall hosts thousands of guests a year Hikers and visitors from all over the country come visit. It is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before a concert or a cold drink after a hike. We are also the perfect setting for many weddings and events. Qualified candidates possess a strong and positive attitude regarding hospitality and customer service, striving to provide high quality guest experiences. The Dining Hall is looking to fill the following positions - Bartender/Barista - Minimum 1 year of experience About Three Leaf Concepts The Chautauqua Dining Hall is operated by Three Leaf Concepts, a local, family owned restaurant group including The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant in Boulder, The Huckleberry and Zucca Italian Ristorante in Louisville, and our catering company, Three Leaf Catering. Our Commitment to fresh, local, and organic ingredients led us to create Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, CO which allows us to provide organic, seasonal, freshly harvested ingredients and strengthens our commitment to cultivation a more sustainably focused company.
