Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty brews, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with precision during busy service hours Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and food safety protocols Assist in food preparation and food service tasks to support café operations and enhance guest experience Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous barista experience or extensive coffee industry background preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and food preparation techniques Proven ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Retail math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of serving standards within a café or food service environment Join us as a Brewista and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable coffee moments!
