Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple orders efficiently using the Clover POS system, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Restock dining room and bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients to keep the dining room and bar fully equipped for busy service periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for sales totals, tips, and change. Assist with food preparation and serving when needed, supporting overall food service operations within the café or retail setting. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; communicate effectively with security or management if issues arise. Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe experience for both guests and staff. Knowledge of Clover POS system is a preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
