What You'll Do As a Coffee Shop Associate, you'll be cross-trained on both the bar and the kitchen , that's the whole job, not a bonus task. The best people here can build a perfect latte AND turn out a Southwest Bagel Sandwich without missing a beat. Pull shots, build drinks, and make food orders at a pace that would break most people Cross-train on every station ......espresso bar, food prep, drive-thru window, register Run the drive-thru window with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality Drive online ordering adoption ...... it's how we win on speed and customer experience Keep the shop spotless, stocked, and ready to roll at all times Open or close the store, handle cash, and manage the flow during rushes Train and support newer team members as you grow into leadership Who We're Looking For You want a career, not a paycheck stop. Regulars should feel like regulars Requirements Available full-time, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to get to work in Craig on time, every shift Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Food Handler card (or willing to get one) Coffee or food service experience is a plus, not a requirement..... we'll train the right person What You Get $18.50•30.50/ hr with tips $13.50•15.50/hr base pay
