We are open 7 days and week from 7am to 2pm and looking for part time staff. $16.27 per hour plus tips. Tips range from $8 to $12 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
• Assist with food preparation
• Up sell and promote special menu items or promotions
• Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and allergens to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience barista experience preferred but not needed
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
