Dedicate yourself to exploring the joy of serving customers and coworkers while at work Commit to showing up ready and willing to contribute to the success of the team every day Strive to make every customers day 10% better Make and serve all drinks on our menu with a high level of proficiency and consistency Maintain an impeccably clean space at all times Execute daily preparation, organization, and cleaning tasks to ensure the success of the entire team Willing and able to open and close the store successfully by yourself Curate every detail to create an atmosphere that's inviting for our customers and regulars Communicate, timely and effectively with everyone on our team Execute daily accurate cash handling Be reliable. Be an ambassador of our brand ensuring the continued success of what those before you have built

Qualifications & Skills :

Prior coffee shop experience a plus Latte art skills are a plus

Compensation :

Hourly plus tips Accrued paid time off for part time and full time employees 401(k) match up to 4% per paycheck for part time and full time employees Health Benefits available for full time employees
