About Bruin We're a scratch-made QSR food trailer in Durango built on real ingredients, bold flavors, and genuine hospitality. Everything we serve is made fresh daily at our commissary kitchen in Pagosa Springs, CO — no shortcuts, no seed oils, no artificial anything. As we expand into a new trailer location, we're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented barista to help us deliver an exceptional guest experience on the go. What You'll Be Doing Crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to Bruin's standards Providing fast, friendly, and genuine customer service Taking orders accurately and handling transactions efficiently Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked trailer workspace Preparing and serving food items as needed (biscuits, donuts, etc.) Following recipes and drink builds with precision and consistency Working as part of a tight-knit team to keep operations smooth during busy shifts What's Required Travel to Pagosa Springs flagship for training Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and handle a high-volume workflow Available to work weekends Flexible schedule, including early mornings Dependable transportation Willingness to learn and grow in coffee and hospitality Ability to work well as part of a team What You Get $16/hr to start with a pay re-evaluation at 90 days Tip share Free food and drinks every shift Employee discount Bruin merch Real opportunity for advancement as we grow Professional development assistance Food provided To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or stop by Bruin Coffee in Pagosa Springs — we'd love to meet you!
