Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their visit experience Prepare and serve smoothies, beverages, and food items according to company recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Manage food preparation areas with attention to food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters, equipment, and dining areas Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities Requirements Previous experience in food service, café, or retail environments is preferred; barista or coffee experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow within the company Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets delicious treats!
