Job Duties:

1. Shift Supervision & Leadership Lead and manage the team during assigned shifts Act as the main point of contact when the manager is not present Delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations Support and motivate team members during busy periods 2. Customer Service Excellence Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and accurate service Step in to handle customer concerns or escalations Set the standard for positive attitude and professionalism 3. Drink & Food Quality Control Oversee beverage and food preparation to ensure consistency and quality Assist in making drinks during peak hours Ensure recipes and Ziggi's standards are followed at all times 4. Opening & Closing Responsibilities Open or close the store as scheduled Handle cash drawers, register counts, and basic cash management Ensure store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift 5. Team Support & Training Help train new baristas on drink preparation, customer service, and procedures Provide guidance and feedback to team members during shifts Ensure all team members are following policies and procedures 6. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor inventory levels during shift Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, food items, etc.) Communicate low stock or supply needs to management 7. Cleanliness & Store Maintenance Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and up to standards Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assign and follow up on cleaning tasks 8. Problem Solving & Coverage Handle unexpected situations (rushes, call-outs, equipment issues) Adjust staffing or step in to cover positions as needed Keep operations running smoothly under pressure
