Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas/Bartenders to join our team in creating exceptional coffee and cocktail experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our friendly atmosphere and providing outstanding service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items with precision and care. Operate our POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety standards during food preparation and handling. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous barista and bartending experience or experience in the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast. Basic math skills for cash handling. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and flexibility in working at different locations in Leadville. A passion for serving others, with an eagerness to learn.
