We are seeking a friendly and skilled barista to provide exceptional customer service and craft high-quality espresso-based drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following company recipes Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Handle cash register transactions and maintain a clean workspace Assist with basic food preparation and restocking supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous experience preferred but not required (training available) Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
