Job Summary We're looking for a friendly and versatile team member to join our crew as a Barista / Counter Person / Bartender . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys making great coffee, serving delicious food, and crafting refreshing drinks—all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve expertly crafted coffee and tea beverages while maintaining consistency and speed.
Counter Service:
Take orders, handle payments, and engage with customers in a warm, welcoming manner.
Bartending:
Mix and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
Food Handling:
Assist with preparing and serving deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go items.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the café, bar, and counter areas tidy and stocked.
Teamwork:
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For Experience in coffee, food service, and/ or bartending A passion for hospitality and community-building. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be 18+ Willingness to learn and grow with us!
