We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Bartender/Barista to join our team and grow with us as we bring our vision to life.

Job Description:

As a Bartender/Barista, you will be responsible for crafting quality cocktails and serving European-style coffee drinks, creating a memorable experience for each guest. You'll provide exceptional service and bring your expertise to enhance our drink menu while embodying the warm and welcoming spirit of Pelo's. Pay starts at $18/hour plus tip.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, signature drinks, and European-style coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of classic cocktails and assist in developing unique, house-specialty drinks.
• Interact with customers to deliver excellent customer service and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Set up, stock, and clean the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Follow health and safety regulations and promote a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance and refine the bar menu.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail creation.
