We have a laid back culture that is promoting access to special coffees, arts and unique experiences. We are expanding hours and getting busier and have a dedicated staff that needs support as we grow. So ideally we are looking for someone to float, help out that doesnt need full time hours and it would be a bonus if they could pick up some shifts. If we keep growing and you love this stuff as much as we do maybe we can grow together. We start at $16/hr + tips and you will begin to accrue PTO after 90 days:) Job Summary Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Support food safety protocols and adhere to health regulations during serving and food handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and care. Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Requirements Weekend availability, a sincere desire to learn about and serve high quality coffee. Our ideal hire will have an open mind, a love for learning, value access and inclusivity. Seeing as this isnt a full time position and we are simply looking for a hand we require nothing else!
