This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and menu items Operate POS system and process guest transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, kitchen, and seating areas Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout shifts Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist guests with menu questions and special requests Work collaboratively with hotel staff to ensure excellent guest service Schedule Requirements Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work: 2 AM shifts weekly 2 PM shifts weekly Weekends and holidays as needed Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, café, or hotel experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality required Food safety certification preferred (if applicable) Will train to Bartend Benefits Competitive pay Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for growth within Marriott brands Supportive team environment
