Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage food handling responsibilities, including food safety practices and food preparation standards. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Previous experience in food service or café environments is a plus; however, training will be provided for the right candidate. job required weekend and middle off the week

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
