We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn to join our team. This position is focused on providing top-tier hospitality for our guests - we're looking for someone who wants to make other people feel special. Position is part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week to start) and can move into full-time (37.5 hours/week) depending on performance and schedule availability. Preference given to candidates with experience in or interest in learning how to open the restaurant (shift begins at 5 am), but this is not necessary for hire. Saturday & Sunday morning availability is a must.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work standing for the entire duration of the shift. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, including the entire shift. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, and bend at the waist while working on the production line. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and tools needed. Preparing hot coffee and cold brew drinks, made to order Running orders and interacting with guests Replenishing coffee and tea inventory in preparation for the next service Pay starts at $17/hr guaranteed, plus tips, which average $5-7/hr.
