What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other food menu items with precision and efficiency Provide excellent customer service—greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar, including food prep areas and equipment Handle cash and digital payments accurately Follow all health and safety guidelines Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages and prepared food Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area clean Maintain stock Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Skills Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

Requirements:

Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required—we'll train the right person!)
