Barista

We're looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, self starting individual to join our team as a Barista. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position offers high visibility in both our company and the community, and we will be evaluating your professionalism and ability to work well with others during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Create delicious beverages and food items. Maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure sanitation and safety standards are met. Completes daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Has strong sense of responsibility over job duties. Make food recommendations to customers based on their drink orders. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 pounds. We're looking for someone who is: Ready to learn and has a positive attitude. A team player. Respectful, responsible, and hard working. Interested in learning more about coffee and tea.
