You can find out more by visiting our website, www.shanercorp.com! What You'll Do Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee beverages and bistro menu items with accuracy and speed
Take guest orders, deliver food & beverages to tables, and ensure every guest feels welcomed
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Keep the Bistro area sparkling clean and fully stocked
Follow all food & beverage safety standards (hotel, Shaner, and Marriott requirements)
Communicate effectively with the GM, department managers, and fellow team members
Complete opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists
Jump in to help wherever needed - teamwork makes the dream work! What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
Meet the state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
ServSafe and/or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Alcohol awareness training (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
Knowledge of local attractions is a bonus - help guests plan their day!
