We are excited to open our new location in Aventura, FL. and are seeking a passionate and experienced Cashier/Barista and Server Assistant to join our opening team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals for the Cashier/Barista role and the Server Assistant role. Both positions play a key part in delivering a smooth, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced café environment. Cashier/Barista Key Responsibilities Greet guests and process orders through POS system Handle cash and card transactions accurately Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and café beverages Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order handling Maintain cleanliness of cashier and beverage station Provide excellent customer service at all times

Server Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Support servers with food running and table service Assist with guest needs and ensure timely service Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas Restock supplies and support front-of-house operations Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours Qualifications (Both Roles): Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Professional appearance and reliability Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
