We focus on premium ingredients, elevated presentation, and a welcoming, upbeat environment. We're looking for reliable, outgoing, friendly, positive, and team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and genuinely enjoy working with people. What You'll Do Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, matcha, etc.) Make smoothies using fresh and high-quality ingredients Assemble fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and light food items Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times Deliver a friendly, high-energy customer experience Work as part of a team to keep service fast, smooth, and efficient What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude (non-negotiable) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Team player mindset—no egos, no drama Flexible availability (weekends required) Attention to detail and pride in your work Previous café or food service experience is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us Work with high-quality ingredients: specialty coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, and premium açaí Fun, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling café concept Consistent hours for the right candidates
