What You'll Do As a Barista at The Chubby Bean, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to make someone's day a little brighter (and a little more caffeinated!).

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and appreciated. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, even during busy rushes. Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion. Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures.
