Barista

Job Overview We're looking for baristas who take pride in their work and care about the details. This role goes beyond making drinks. You'll be part of shaping the experience, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and creating a welcoming presence for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and chai to consistent standards Dial in espresso and maintain quality throughout shifts Provide friendly, attentive customer service Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Restock supplies and support daily setup/closing tasks Work efficiently during busy periods without compromising quality Experience Previous barista or food service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Interest in coffee and hospitality

Pay:

$14.00 per hour
