Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and efficiently Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels as needed Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee or food service is not necessary. Good attitude is!
