Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with consistency and care Operate POS systems, including Clover POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders with enthusiasm, and provide outstanding customer service Handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards in all café areas, including food handling and preparation Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy Assist with restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and organizing the workspace for efficiency Requirements Previous barista or food service experience preferred Familiarity with Clover POS or similar systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transactions Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask during peak hours Experience in serving or food preparation within a café or retail environment is desirable This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented café environment.
