Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your skills in food handling, sales, and hospitality will thrive. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality matcha drinks, coffee beverages, and other café offerings with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure each guest feels valued and satisfied Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and serving stations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist with food preparation tasks to support smooth café operations and timely service Uphold food handling protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Skills Proven barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation Familiarity with matcha preparation methods and specialty tea drinks Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales reconciliation Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food preparation in a café or retail setting
