Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy using POS systems Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during food preparation and serving Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Requirements 1 yr previous barista experience required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
