As a barista/bartender you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving both coffee and drinks menus, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. If you have a passion for coffee and crafted cocktails, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and brewed coffee. Mix and serve cocktails from the menu Engage with customers to ensure a positive and personalized experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and coffee stations. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Process orders and handle payments accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Assist in setting up and breaking down workstations for daily operations. Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a barista, bartender, or similar customer-facing role. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mixology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
