Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee beverages. Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
• Take customer orders and process payments using cash register and POS system
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches and pastries
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus
• Strong cash handling skills and basic math abilities
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service
