Front of House Staff - Small Team, Big Ambitions! Are you passionate about hospitality and making people feel truly at home? At Cotoa, we're looking for enthusiastic Front of House Staff who bring warmth, energy, and teamwork to every shift. As the face of our restaurant, you'll help create memorable experiences while supporting all areas of service in our small but ambitious team. What You'll Do Welcome guests warmly and create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere Guide customers through the menu and confidently recommend dishes, drinks, and specials Deliver exceptional service while being an excellent ambassador for the restaurant and its products Work closely with the team to keep service smooth, efficient, and personal Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining space Support teammates wherever needed — from running food to resetting tables and assisting operations Restock supplies and help with daily organization tasks Handle customer questions, feedback, and requests with professionalism and care Be proactive, attentive, and ready to jump in wherever support is needed in our small team structure What We're Looking For Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills A natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel at home Confidence in selling and recommending menu items Team-player mindset with a hands-on attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods At Cotoa, everyone helps with everything.
