Family oriented Growth opportunities Wellness programs ```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register or POS system
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate various equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Prepare food items, such as sandwiches or pastries, as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as necessary
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers ```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or ability to quickly learn new technology
