About the Role Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store on the Baptist Hospital Campus in Pensacola, FL. This is one of the area's busiest healthcare campuses — a high-volume location serving nurses, doctors, and families who depend on us every day.. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.
