Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and quickly Provide friendly and attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety procedures Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Support food handling procedures, including proper storage and sanitation compliance Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required — training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive attitude Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math accurately Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays Experience in cashiering, food handling, serving, or grocery store environments is an advantage Join our team and grow with us in a fun, fast-paced environment where your hard work and energy make a difference every day!
