As a Barista you will enjoy personalized training so that you can enjoy Paper Fox Coffee as much as our customers do. A bit about the role … Day to day you'll be making coffee. But not just any coffee, Paper Fox Coffee! You'll perfect your craft through training and learn how to prepare and serve perfectly extracted coffee, taking care to make every customer experience an awesome one. In addition to this you will enjoy the following: Crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend Serving customers with a smile ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon Be knowledgeable and confident about all Paper Fox Coffee products, including our teas, home brewing equipment, flavorful foods and much more A sincere commitment to ensure the quality of all beverage and food items by meeting all standards for food safety set by Paper Fox Coffee and local public health regulations Confidently operate a cash register and process payments accurately in cash or credit while maintaining a positive attitude during period of high volume Be an advocate for an amazing café experience by understanding and supporting store management with any new programs, initiatives, or new food and beverage offerings Encouraging a culture of excellence by working with your team to maintain high standards for health, safety, and cleanliness within the kitchen and across the store including food displays and refrigerators Provide an excellent overall experience for every guest from the moment they enter our doors by properly preparing pre-made items, small wares, food displays, and condiments - every visit is an opportunity to make a great impression Most importantly, have fun at work.
