This role supports daily café and bar operations, maintains cleanliness and organization, and represents the Ology brand during every guest interaction. This is a fast paced, guest facing position that requires consistency, efficiency, and strong communication across both coffee and alcohol service. Key Responsibilities Coffee and Non Alcoholic Beverage Service Alcohol Beverage Service High quality Customer Service Daily Operations Qualifications Prior barista, bartender, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30 to 50 lbs Able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and special events at both shop locations Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service Basic math and computer skills Preferred Experience Espresso machine operation and milk texturing Craft coffee or craft cocktail environment experience Draft beer system experience High volume service environment POS system experience Food handling and responsible vendor certification Schedule and Compensation Part time and full time positions available Schedule varies based on business needs Pay based on experience plus tips Opportunities for advancement available Why Work at Ology You will gain experience across both craft coffee and full bar service in a fast moving hospitality environment, with structured training and long term growth opportunity inside a growing beverage company.
