What You'll Do Be a brand ambassador for Toffee to Go & More — bringing energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude every day. Deliver exceptional service by greeting guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring every dessert looks and tastes amazing.

Take ownership of your space:

maintain cleanliness, organization, and an inviting café atmosphere. Collaborate and communicate with your teammates and café manager to keep things running smoothly — from setup to inventory to presentation. Follow all company standards for food safety, quality, and consistency . What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience (restaurant or café experience preferred). A self-starter who takes pride in their work and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Strong people skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willingness to learn, adapt, and help where needed — no task is too small when it makes the customer's day sweeter! Requirements Barista experience is a plus-- but not required. We're willing to train if you're willing to learn! Ability to lift up to 30 lbs . Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week . Must have weekend availability. Must follow all food safety and cleanliness standards. • Wage range includes tips.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
