Job Description All team members start in the cashier role to develop strong customer service, register, and café efficiency skills. Once you master the cashier position and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, you will have the opportunity to train and advance to the barista role. We emphasize moving quickly and efficiently, supporting teammates, and treating everyone with respect. A strong work ethic and commitment to thorough cleaning and following checklists are essential. Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude
  • Operate the register (cashier) and handle transactions
  • Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Complete all cleaning and closing checklists with attention to detail
  • After successful cashier training: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks
  • Support your team and maintain a positive, can-do attitude Requirements
  • Fast, efficient, and reliable
  • Team player who maintains a positive and solution-oriented workplace
