Full Job Description Overview Position Overview:

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused baristas to join our team. As a barista, you'll craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages, deliver friendly service, and help create the welcoming Haraz experience our guests love.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and pastries according to Haraz standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area, including café seating and counters Handle cash and card transactions accurately Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations

Qualifications:

Previous barista or café experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!) Passion for coffee, tea, and creating a welcoming environment Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
