Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and food items while delivering exceptional customer service to create outstanding guest experience. They must be Passionate about hospitality, making guests feel welcome and valued, and take pride in consistently preparing delicious products. Team members are cross-trained across front and back-of-the house roles, offering variety, skill development and a dynamic work environment. This role provides exciting opportunities for growth including advancement into management and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food, smoothies and juice, according to establish recipes and standards Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, upselling additional items as appropriate Operating blenders, juice machines, slicers, grill, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization working stations Monitor product levels and replace supplies as needed to ensure availability and freshness Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests and address any concerns. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workplace. Learn and stay informed about different Limited Time Menu items to educate customers and make recommendations Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members and be a good team player to ensure a smooth operations and efficient service during peak business hours

Qualifications:

Enjoys being the best part of someone's day Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with team members and customers Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a barista role or similar experience Passion to lead by example, acting with honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic Thrives in a fast-paced environment Working conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interaction and occasional lifting or carrying of up to 50 pounds. May require standing or walking for extended periods.
