Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling snacks or light food items in accordance with health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or accuracy. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Experience in food service or retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
