Bartender and Barista

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista and Bartender to join our team. As a Barista and Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in the food service industry will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in hospitality and fine dining. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A passion for coffee culture and an eagerness to learn about various brewing techniques.
