Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with meticulous attention to detail Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and preparation Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality Assist with food service tasks such as food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food industry with a strong background in coffee or beverage preparation Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced café or retail environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the food service industry while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
