In this energetic role, you'll craft delicious beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a lively, welcoming environment. Your dedication will help us serve high-quality drinks and food with efficiency and a smile, making each visit special for our customers. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair. Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and handling. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Assist in food service tasks such as food preparation, serving snacks or light meals, and restocking supplies. Experience Previous barista experience or strong background in coffee service within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer relations. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for retail math and café operations. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience in retail math, cash handling, and serving in a fast-paced café or food service environment is desirable.
