Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash and credit card transactions confidently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure quality and compliance Assist in food preparation and serving of light snacks or baked goods as needed to enhance guest experience Skills Proven experience as a barista or tearista in a café or food service environment with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences, enjoy working in a lively team environment, and want to grow your skills within the food industry.
