• Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Boba Tea Barista to join our vibrant café team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving boba tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will also handle food safety and food preparation tasks, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, coffee beverages, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes and standards Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and food preparation Ensure all beverages are prepared promptly to meet customer expectations during busy hours Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed Uphold health and safety regulations related to food service and food safety practices Support team members during peak hours by demonstrating effective time management Experience Previous barista experience or coffee experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety protocols Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced café environment Join our team to deliver delightful beverage experiences while honing your skills in the vibrant world of café service.
