• Part-time Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and tea
• Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register and POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed
• Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

Skills:

• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing payments accurately
• Strong sales skills to promote additional products or menu items
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage recipes
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
